太氣拳インテンシブセミナー〜最終章「交拳知愛」

７月２日（日）
あっという間に時が流れ、フランス誠心舘メンバーの出稽古は最終日に。彼らにお願いして、最初は子供の護身空手のクラスにゲストとして参加して頂く。基本稽古を終えて、誠心舘のお二人にも参加して頂く。
・ミット練習（ブノワ・ヤニック・島村が受け）
・ボディガード養成学校を運営するヤニックさんによる護身における「勘の養成」
・ブノワさんによる型・転掌の演武と護身技
日本人って、海外の方が来た！というだけで気後れしてしまう人間が、大人でもたくさんいる。別に英語しゃべれとか、ケンカしろ、と言われたわけではないのにね。俺にはあまり理解できないことなんだけれど、刺激を与えないと対応できない、ということなのだろう。そういうわけで！海外の方と共通のテーマを通じて親しく触れ合える機会っていうのは、子供たちにとってすごく大事であると、ワシは思う！！
Time flies like an arrow. The last day of Keiko with Team Francaise has come so fast. In the morning, Team Francaise joined the keiko of Kids' Karate. Yannick-san who owns his company of the academy for security guards gave kids a lesson to improve the sensitivity of self-defense. Benoit-san demonstrated the Kata, named Tensho, and gave them the lesson on the application of Tensho for self-defense.
Many of Japanese feel nervous when meeting with non-Japanese persons, even after being adults. I think it comes from the lack of experience. So, it is very important for children to communicate with persons from other countries by practicing the same art, in this case, Budo!

ヤニック先生の会社では６週間のトレーニングで７５万円もかかるんだぞ〜、それでボディガードになったら日給５万円だってよ〜って話したら、子供たち驚いていたよ。１万キロ離れた土地からわざわざ時間と金を掛けて学びに来るものが、日本にはあるんだ！！って分かってもらえたら、嬉しいね！
Kids are surprised to know that it costs 6,000 Euro for 6-weeks-training-course in the academy of Yannick-san, and the graduates of his academy earn 400 Euro a day! Anyway, I would be glad that we have valuable cultures such as Budo for which Team Francaise make a trip of 10,000 Km, spending a lot of money, time, and energy!

その後の太氣拳の稽古は、道場が取れなかったためトレーニング室にて行う。出稽古の二人はインテンシブセミナーの疲労がたまっている様子。で、立禅を終えたら質疑応答をベースに稽古を進めた。

After Kids' Karate, we did the last Keiko of Taiki-ken. We focused on the questions from Team Francaise in this Keiko as they seemed to be tired.

最後の稽古なので皆でお昼に。石橋駅近くにある讃岐うどんのお店「合掌松屋」にて、絶品のうどんを頂く。
ここの大将、一昨年我が家に来てアラン先生のためにうどんを打ってくれた方。その時はまだ警察官をされていてお店を出していなかったのですが、定年になったらうどんのお店を開く、と宣言されていました。
After Keiko, we went to Udon (Japanese wheat noodle) Restaurant named "Gssho Matsuya" which is located near Ishibashi Station of JR. Two years ago, the owner visited our house to make Udon for Alain Sensei. At that time, he was working as a policeman. After he retired from his job, he opened this restaurant.

アラン先生をお連れ出来なかったのは心残りなのですが、お弟子さんのお二人を連れてくることが出来て、よかったです。また、日曜の午後１時で７名がすんなり座れたのもラッキー。ちなみに、これで税込￥１，０００ですぞ。
I am so happy to come with two Deshi (disciple) of Alain Sensei. And we are so lucky to be able to take seats for 7 persons in the lunch time on Sunday! This plate costs only 1,000 yen including tax!

ヤニックさんにとってはうどんは初体験。言っておきますが、ここを基準にしてよそでうどん食べると失望します。このあたりでは一番美味いうどん屋さんです！
Please be advised that you should be unsatisfied to Udon served by other restaurants after eating here! They serve the most delicious Udon in the southern area of Tochigi Prefecture.

それはともかく。彼らにとって初めての日本への旅。意義のある旅となってくれたならば幸いです。剣道に交剣知愛という言葉があります。剣を交えて愛しむ（おしむ）を知る、と読むそうです。剣を交えることでお互いを知り、人間的な成長を図る、という意味。我々は拳法ですので、交“拳”知愛ですな。もう一度あの方と拳を交えて磨き合いたい、そのような人物で在りたいものです。
It is my pleasure if they had meaningful time in Japan. In Kendo, there is a famous saying "Kou-ken Chi-ai (交剣知愛)" which means "to know love crossing swords". Kendo practitioners can communicate and get to know each other through Keiko, by which we can improve ourselves. The word "剣(Sword)" can be changed to "拳(Fist)" for us as Kempo (Taiki-ken) practitioners, and the pronunciation of both words "剣" and "拳". I would be happy if all the person who practice with me feel that they want to practice with me again.
遠く離れた国より文化と言葉が異なる方々をお迎えして親しくお付き合いが出来たのは、やはり太氣拳という軸があったからであると思います。この拳法を現代社会において価値あるものにしていくとともに、拳の修行を通じて我々自身価値ある人間になっていきたいと思う次第です。
Thanks to Taiki-ken, we are able to spend good time and do Keiko together with persons whose culture and language are utterly different from ours. I would like make our art Taiki-ken a valuable culture in the modern world. On the other hand, we ourselves have to be valuable person by practicing Taiki-ken.
